Curriculum Lead & Educator

  • Job type: Part-time. 15 – 30 hours weekly.

  • Teach in-person Grade 3/4 split class with technology-focused Alberta curriculum tied program 
  • Responsible for curriculum development 
  • Teach in-person and online programs 
  • Ensure projects adhere to company’s mission, values and policies  
  • Manage operations of online and in-person classes 


Other Responsibilities may include:

  • Teaching Discover Coding programs
  • Building curriculum content



  • Level of Education: Bachelor of Education
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience (Preferred)
  • Experience managing a team (Preferred)
  • Experience working with students of all grades K-9
  • Knowledge and experience with coding and technology learning or eager to learn more.
  • Knowledge and experience with Curriculum development
  • Eager to learn more about coding and technology



  • Has access to a vehicle – must be able to travel between schools in the Edmonton area.
  • Must pass Police Check and Vulnerability Sector Check

Lead Instructor

  • Job type: Part-time. 10 – 2hours weekly.

  • Starting date: Aug.24, 2020 


  • Teach in-person and online programs 
  • Run programs with consistency and reliability 
  • Assess students progress 
  • Report program status to management

  • Level of Education: Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Science or Engineering 
  • Teaching experience (Preferred) 
  • Experience working with students of all grades K-9 
  • Knowledge and experience with coding and technology learning 
  • Knowledge and experience with Curriculum development 
  • Eager to learn more about coding and technology 
  • Experience with Minecraft (Preferred) 


  • Has access to a vehicle  
  • Must pass Police Check and Vulnerability Sector Check
