Create a Web Page on your next PD Day at our full-day camp! For kids ages 9-14
Join us for a day of learning the core technologies that power all 6 BILLION web pages (and counting) on the internet -- HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Students will be given a theme idea to explore together, such as a "toy review" page, to emphasize
- Research and gather ideas for a web page
- Create text and graphical content
- Code their webpage using HTML tags
- Enhance their webpage with CSS and Javascript
- Present and reflect on their creations
Multiple skill levels and repeat students are encouraged and welcomed. First-time students will be guided with basic elements; while more experienced students will be challenged to refine their skills and work with more advanced elements.
